Turning Climate Worry into Action: A Discussion for You(th)

Join our interactive workshop designed to help young people, youth workers, educators, and volunteers navigate climate worry with resilience and hope!

Climate change is a major challenge of our time, and many young people feel its weight—59% report being „very worried“ (Hickman et al., 2021). At the same time, climate worry can be transformed into connection, action, and resilience—especially in a supportive space.
This workshop wants to be that supportive and open space to explore climate emotions, gain practical resilience tools, and foster collective empowerment.

Who is this for?
✔ Young people who experience climate worry and want to connect with others
✔ Youth workers, educators, and leaders supporting young people through climate-related emotions
✔ Volunteers and activists looking for emotional resilience tools
